苏黄止咳胶囊联合舒利迭对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清TNF-αTGF-β1和IgE水平的影响

摘要

Objective:To analyze the influence of Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with seretide on the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and immunoglobu-lin E (IgE) of patients with cough variant asthma. Methods:90 cases of cough variant asthma admitted from March 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the obser-vation group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with seretide, while the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhike capsule based on the control group,of the serum levels of TNF-α,TGF-β1,IgE,eosinophils (Eos) count, fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO), forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1),cough symptoms integral,curative effect and incidence of ad-verse reactions were compared between two groups after treatment. Results:After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,TGF-β1,IgE,Eos,FeNO of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),FVC,FEV1,cough symptoms integral and total effective rate of observation group were ob-viously higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). No severe adverse reactions was found in both groups after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike capsule combined with seretide is effective in the treat-ment of patients with cough variant asthma,which could reduce the levels of serum TNF-α,TGF-β1,IgE.%目的:分析苏黄止咳胶囊联合舒利迭对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的影响.方法:选择2015年3月至2016年9月于我院就诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者90例,按抽签法分成对照组及观察组,每组45例.对照组采用舒利迭治疗,观察组基于对照组加以苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清 TNF-α、TGF-β1、IgE水平、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)计数、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1s 用力呼气容积(FEV1)、咳嗽症状积分、临床疗效和不良反应的发生情况.结果:治疗后,观察组血清TNF-α、TGF-β1、IgE、Eos、FeNO均显著低于对照组,FVC、FEV1水平、咳嗽症状积分、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0. 05).两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应.结论:苏黄止咳胶囊联合舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1、IgE等炎症因子水平.
