整合素连接激酶在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的 研究整合素连接激酶(ILK)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及相关性.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测ILK蛋白在正常卵巢组织10例,卵巢良性肿瘤12例,癌旁组织18例,卵巢上皮性癌60例中的表达情况.结果 ILK蛋白在正常卵巢组织中呈阴性表达,在卵巢良性、癌旁组织及卵巢上皮性癌组织中呈阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(χ2=58.272,P<0.05);且ILK蛋白表达与卵巢癌临床分期、浸润程度、低组织学分级、淋巴转移及有无腹水均有相关性(P<0.05).结论 ILK蛋白与卵巢癌的恶性行为密切相关,有可能成为卵巢癌早期诊断的分子生物学指标.%Objective To investigate the expression of integrin -linked kinase (ILK) expression in ovarian cancer tissues and its correlation. Methods The expression levels of ILK were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP)in 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues ,12 cases of ovarian benign tumors ,18 cases of tumor-adjacent tissuesrnand 60 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinomas. Results ILK protein was negatively expressed in normal ovarian tissues,however, which was positively expressed in ovarian benign tumors , tumor-adjacent tissues and ovarianrnepithelial carcinomas, and there were significant differences among them ( P <0.05). Furthermore the expression levels of ILK protein were related to clinical staging , infiltration degree, histological grade , lymphatic metastasis as well as ascites in epithelial ovarian tumor ( P <0. 05). Conclusion ILK protein is closely correlated to the malignant biological behavior of ovarian cancer , which may be used as the molecular biological marker for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
