Hcy、CysC 及 hs-CRP 与2型糖尿病大血管病变的关系

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between homocysteine ( Hcy ) , Cystatin C ( CysC ) , high sensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) and macroangiopathy due to type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods Ninety-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled into Department of Endocrinology of our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 ,in which 49 patients were complicated by macroangiopathy ( lesion group ) , however , the other 45 patients without macroangiopathy were regarded as no complication group ,besides,46 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group .The venousblood specimens of all the subjects were taken out to be detected for the levels of Hcy ,CysC,hs-CRP,and the results were analyzed and compared among the three groups .Results The levels of Hcy, CysC, hs-CRP in lesion group were significantly high than those in the other two groups ( P <0.01);The levels of Hcy,CysC,hs-CRP in no complication group were significantly high than those in control group ( P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that Hcy ,CysC,hs-CRP were the risk factors to induce macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .Conclusion The levels of Hcy , CysC,hs-CRP are correlated to macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ,which has an important clinical value in predicting macrovascular pathological changes ,meanwhile ,which can be regarded as an new therapeutic target .%目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(CysC)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病大血管病的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病患者94例,其中49例患者合并有大血管病变为病变组,其余45例患者不合并有大血管病变,为无合并症组,另外选择同期进行健康体检的46例正常者为对照组。采所有研究对象的静脉血,检测其Hcy、CysC及hs-CRP的水平,进行对比分析。结果病变组患者Hcy、CysC及hs-CRP的水平均高于其他2组,差异有统计学意义( P <0厖.01);无合并症组患者三者血浆水平显著高于对照组( P <0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,Hcy、CysC及hs-CRP是2型糖尿病患者并发大血管病变的危险因素。结论 Hcy、CysC及hs-CRP与2型糖尿病患者合并大血管病变存在相关关系,对于预测大血管病变有重要的临床价值,同时也提供了新的治疗靶点。
