Maspin 和 uPA 蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of Maspin in endometrial tissue of patients with endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)protein. Methods The expression levels of Maspin and uPA protein were detected by immunohistochemicstry(SP)in 50 cases of endometrial carcinoma,50 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 30 cases of normal endometrial tissues at proliferative phase. The correlation of expression of Maspin and uPA protein between Maspin and uPA and their effects on prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Maspin protein and uPA protein were closely related with surgical pathological staging,the depth of myometrial infiltration and lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05),furthermore,the expression of uPA protein was negatively related with that of Maspin protein( r = - 0. 341,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Maspin protein and uPA protein play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma,therefore,the combination detection of expressions of Maspin and UPA protein may contribute to evaluating the malignant degree and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.%目的：探讨 Maspin 在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与 uPA 的关系。方法采用免疫组化的方法，检测子宫内膜癌50例、子宫内膜不典型增生50例及正常增殖期子宫内膜30例，分析 Maspin 和 uPA 蛋白在其中的表达情况及两者的相关性，以及对子宫内膜癌预后的影响。结果 Maspin 和 uPA 蛋白表达情况在手术病理分期、肌层浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移，差异均有统计学意义（ P <0.05）；且二者的表达呈负相关（ r =-0.341，P <0.05）。结论Maspin 和 uPA 蛋白在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用，临床通过联合检测 Maspin 和 uPA 蛋白的表达情况，有助于判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度和预后。
