目的 观察自拟滋阴平肝降压汤治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效.方法 将229例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组.治疗组150例予自拟滋阴平肝降压汤治疗,对照组79例予硝苯地平片口服治疗.2组均10 d为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后观察临床疗效和血压变化情况.结果 治疗组总有效率97.33%,对照组总有效率86.08%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组.2组治疗后血压均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05);2组治疗后血压比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 滋阴平肝降压汤治疗原发性高血压,疗效优于西药治疗,降压效果明显.%To observe the effect of decoction for nourishing yin, tranquillizing liver yang and reducing blood pressure on the treatment of hypertension. Methods 229 cases of hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups. 150 patients in treatment group were treated by decoction for nourishing yin, tranquillizing liver yang and reducing blood pressure. 79 patients in control group received Nifedipine tablets. 2 groups were 10 d as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy and blood pressure changes were observed after 4 courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group(97.33％ ) was higher than that in control group(86.06％, P ＜ 0.05 ). Blood pressure after treatment was lower than those before treatment in two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference between two groups on blood pressure after treatment ( P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Decoction for nourishing yin, tranquillizing liver yang and reducing blood pressure is more effective than western medicine on the treatment of hypertension,the antihypertensive effect was obviousand worthy of clinical application.
