目的：分析滋阴平肝降压汤治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年3月-2014年3月笔者所在医院收治的80例原发性高血压患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组口服硝苯地平片，观察组则服用滋阴平肝降压汤，对比两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%，明显高于对照组的70.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为0，明显低于对照组的22.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中医滋阴平肝降压汤治疗原发性高血压的疗效确切，不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Antihypertensive Pinggan Soup treatment of essential hypertension.Method: 80 cases of patients with essential hypertension from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nifedipine Tablets, the observation group was treated with Pinggan Buck Soup.Comparison of adverse reaction and the treatment effects of two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, significantly higher than the control group 70%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 0, significantly lower than the control group 22.5%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese Antihypertensive Pinggan Soup treatment of essential hypertension has a exact effect, less adverse reaction, high security, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
