Objective To observe the clinical effect of erosive oral lichen planus treated by combined thera -py of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine .Methods 72 patients with erosive oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups .Patients in control group were treated by Tacrolimus .The treatment group received topical application of tacrolimus on lesion area , while oral Kouyanqing granule .Changes in pain scores before and af-ter treatment were observed in two groups .Results Pain indexes after a week and 2 weeks of treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The significant rate and total effective rate in treatment group (59.5%, 97.3%) was higher than that in control group (31.4%, 80.0%, P<0.05).Conclusion Com-bined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has obvious effect on erosive oral lichen planus .%目的：观察中西医结合治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓临床疗效。方法将72例口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓患者随机分为2组。治疗组37例他克莫司软膏局部涂抹病损区，同时口服口炎清颗粒；对照组35例仅用他克莫司软膏局部涂抹病损区。2组均3个月为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效，并观察2组治疗前后疼痛评分变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后1周、2周疼痛评分均低于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为59．5％、97．3％，对照组显效率、总有效率分别为31．4％、80．0％，2组显效率、总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓疗效确切。
