目的 利用表面肌电图检测评价自编导引功法对颈肩痛患者颈部肌群的影响,探索自编导引功法在颈椎病防治中的客观依据.方法 对60例符合纳入标准的颈肩痛患者进行自编导引功法锻练60d,利用表面肌电图测试患者锻炼前后颈部斜方肌、胸锁乳突肌表面肌频域分析中的平均功率频率(MPF)和中位频率(MF),以及时域分析中的均方根值(RMS).结果 60例患者锻炼后颈部肌群斜方肌、胸锁乳突肌表面肌电图MPF值、MF值均较锻炼前提高,比较差异均有统计学意义(尸＜0.05);斜方肌表面肌电图RMS值较锻炼前提高(P＜0.05),胸锁乳突肌无明显变化(P＞0.05).结论 利用表面肌电图测试,通过统计分析表明,自编导引功法能够明显缓解颈部肌群的疲劳程度,在颈椎病的预防和治疗方面值得广泛推广.%Objective To evaluate the influences of self-compiled breathing exercises on neck muscles in cervical spondylosis patients with neck and shoulder pain by using surface electromyography,and explore the objective evidences of self-compiled breathing exercises on prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods 60 patients with neck and shoulder pain who met the inclusion criteria were instructed to conduct self-compiled breathing exercises for 60 d.The mean power frequency (MPF) and median frequency (MF) in the surface muscles frequency domain analysis of the trapezius and stemocleidomastoid muscle before and after exercise were tested by surface electromyography,and the root mean square (RMS) in time-domain analysis were tested.Results The MPF value and MF value of trapezius and stemocleidomastoid muscle after exercise were higher than before exercise in 60 patients,with statistical differences (P ＜0.05).The RMS value of trapezius in neck muscles was higher than before exercise (P ＜ 0.05),and the RMS value of stemocleidomastoid muscle had no significant change (P ＞0.05).Conclusion The statistical analysis shows that self-guided breathing exercises can significantly relieve the fatigue of the neck muscles by using the test of surface electromyography,and it is worthy of widespread promotion in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.
