The device has outer parts (1, 4) made of rigid u-shaped material. The outer parts, hinge joints (9, 14) and rods (6) are movable together in a simultaneous manner by actuation of two clamping screws (13). The outer parts, hinge joints, rods, frame (3) and a wall (2) form a rigid construction, via which patients with raised hands are held at the rods in a perpendicular manner and extended in a periodic manner to utilize therapeutic, extreme valuable effects of muscle exercises such as arm-, breast- and lumbar muscle exercises, ribs holder and back stretcher.
