三种药物对孔雀鱼的急性毒性试验

摘要

用高锰酸钾、孔雀石绿和亚甲基兰三种药物对孔雀鱼开展急性毒性试验，并记录了它们在24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h出现的中毒症状和死亡数。结果显示：三种药物的96 h LC50分别为1．27 mg/L ，0．73 mg/L和273．5 mg/L ；三种药物的SC分别为0．13 mg/L ，0．07 mg/L和23．75mg/L。相比较而言，亚甲基蓝是最安全和理想的治疗药物。%In the acute toxicity testings of three drugs in the guppy fish Poecilia reticulate ,the toxicity symptom and the amount of death show s that ,the 96 h half lethal dose of Potassium permanganate , Malachite green and Methylene Blue in Guppy is 1 .27 mg/L ,0 .73 mg/L and 273 .5 mg/L respective-ly .Safety concentrations of the above three drugs are 0 .13 mg/L ,0 .07 mg/L and 23 .75 mg/L respec-tively .Thus ,methylene blue is the safest among the three druds for guppy .
