油气润滑技术在日照钢铁2#连铸拉矫机上的应用

摘要

Because the straightening roll hearings on the withdrawal-straightening unit lor No. 2 continuous caster in Rizhao Steel are luhricated by oil. their heat is dillieult to send out. and their service life is short due to their poor sealing and impurities is the oil. An air-oil luhrication mode is proposed to lubricale and cool the staightening roll hearings, transition roll hearings and withdrawal roll hearings. The air-oil luhricalion technology improved the cooling and sealing effect of the hearings, and prolonged the service life of the hearings.%由于日照钢铁2#连铸机拉矫机矫直辊轴承采用油脂润滑,工作时,轴承的热量不易散发,密封不好,存在杂质,导致寿命低.故提出改变润滑方式,采用油气润滑方式对矫辊轴承、过渡辊轴承、拉辊轴承进行润滑和冷却.改善了轴承的冷却密封效果,延长了轴承使用寿命.
