49例根管治疗的疑难病例分析

摘要

目的：通过分析根管治疗疑难病例发生的常见原因，为提高临床治疗的质量提供依据。方法：2011年3月至2013年8月我院收治根管治疗疑难病例49例（共55颗牙齿），分析其临床资料。结果：根管内器械分离和根管内取桩的发生率分别占病例总数的10.9%和9.09%，根管再治疗和细小根管钙化的发生率分别占病例总数的49.09%和30.9%。结论：根管治疗在目前来讲仍然是一道难题。医生如果能够做到熟悉磨牙的解剖形态，制备足够的开髓洞形，治疗钙化细小根管时注意手术的操作手法，选择合适的医疗器械，将会有助于进一步减少疑难根管再治疗病例的发生率。%Objective: through the analysis of a common cause of root canal treatment of complicated cases, provide the basis for improve the quality of clinical treatment. Methods: in March 2011 to August 2013, our hospital in 49 cases of root canal treatment cases (55 teeth), to analyze its clinical data. Results: The root canal separation devices and the root canal in the incidence of pile respectively 10.9% and 9.09% of the total number of cases, root canal treatment and the incidence of tiny calcified root canal were 49.09%and 30.9%of the total number of cases, respectively. Conclusion:Root canal treatment is still a difficult problem in the present. Doctor if able to familiar with molar anatomical morphology, preparation of opening hole shape, enough attention when calcified small root canal surgery operation technique, choosing the appropriate medical apparatus and instruments, will help to further reduce the incidence of difficult cases of root canal treatment again.
