直播手术教学模式在骨科教学中的应用

         

摘要

Object:To evaluate the application effect of the live surgery education in the continuous orthopaedic education. Methods:Surveys 558 orthopaedic surgeons participating in the orthopaedic education class hosted by our department by questionnaire. Analyze the difference among the conventional academic meeting, orthopaedic theory class and the live surgery education class in the learning interest, learning effect and the effect on the future practice by questionnaire. Results: There are significant difference between the conventional academic meeting and orthopaedic theory class, orthopaedic theory class and the live surgery education class, the conventional academic meeting and the live surgery education class in the learning interest, learning effect and the effect on the future practice by questionnaire, respectively. Conclusion:There are more interested learning, better learning effect and better effect on the future practice.%目的:评价直播手术教学模式在骨科继续教育中的应用效果。方法:采用问卷调查表的形式对参加我科举办的手术直播人工关节学习班的学员进行调查分析,并同时对这些学员参加传统学术会议以及理论学习班的效果进行统计学对比分析。结果:对收集的558份有效问卷进行统计结果显示,直播手术教育模式较传统学术会议以及纯理论学习班在学习兴趣、学习效果以及今后临床工作的影响方面均具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:采用直播手术教学模式对于参会学员来讲具有更高的兴趣、更好的效果以及对今后的临床工作更有利。
