目的：检测Notch信号通路在乳腺癌和增生性中的表达，探讨Notch1、JAG1与乳腺癌相关临床指标的关系。方法：选取乳腺癌组织（50例）和得癌旁正常乳腺组织（20例）进行对照研究，采用RP-PCR方法对Notch信号中的Notch1和JAG1在乳腺癌和增生性中的表达情况进行检测。结果：LN分期和乳腺癌病理学分级比较差异均具有显著性（P＜0.05）；TNM分期中Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期、Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期的比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.05），Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期比较差异并不显著（P＞0.05）。结论：Notch信号相关通路在乳腺癌和增生性中的作用并不相同，Notch1和JAG1的异常表达均与乳腺癌存在内在关联。%Objective: To investigate the expression of Notch signaling pathway in breast cancer and hyperplasia, and to investigate the relationship between JAG1 and Notch1 and clinical indicators of breast cancer.. Methods:a total of breast carcinoma (50 cases) and to adjacent normal breast tissues (20 cases) were studied, using rp-pcr method was used to detect the expression of Notch signaling in the Notch1 and Jag1 in breast carcinoma and hyperplastic. Results:ln staging and breast cancer pathological grade difference is significant (P< 0.05);TNM staging of stage I and II, phase II and phase III of the difference is significant (P< 0.05), phase I and III, the difference was not significant (P > 0.05). Conclusions: the role of Notch signaling pathway in breast cancer and hyperplasia was different, and the abnormal expression of JAG1 and Notch1 were associated with breast cancer.
