目的：了解深圳市人感染 H7N9禽流感医疗救治准备工作情况。方法：扮演病人对所选取医疗机构进行暗访调查。结果：本次暗访调查8家医疗机构，区级3家，街道5家，在诊疗过程中能够识别人感染 H7N9禽流感并正确处置的3家（占37.5％）；在经过的8家医疗机构的分诊台中，起到传染病预检分诊作用的仅4家（占50％）；8家医疗机构的首诊科室，对人感染 H7N9禽流感敏感的有4家（占50％），主动询问流行病学史者3家（占37.5％）；全区共有发热门诊8家，1家未运行，开诊的7家医疗机构，大部分的门诊设置不合理。结论：宝安区医疗机构应对人感染 H7N9禽流感准备不充分，监测系统的敏感性不高，应加强监督改进。%Objective:To understand the medical treatment preparations of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza in Baoan District Shenzhen City.Methods:Secret inquiries were made by pretending the patient role to carry out unannounced visit to the selected hospitals.Results:A total of 8 hospitals were included in the investigations,3 for district level ,5 for street level.Of which,3 hospitals can identify the Ebola virus disease and proper disposal in the treat-ment process (37.5%);8 hospitals have triage station,but only 4 of those to be truly useful for previewing infectious disease (50%);4 of 8 hospitals were sen-sitive to the disease as the first diagnosis department (50%),and 3 can take the initiative to ask patients with the epidemiological history (37.5%);there were 8 hospitals have fever clinic,however,1 were not running.The settings of most of the fever clinic are unreasonable.Conclusion:Medical institutions in Baoan have general lack of preparation for human infection with H7N9 avian influenza.The surveillance system was insensitive.Therefore,strengthen supervision and improvement of medical treatment preparations o should be needed.
