目的:对比分析吉西他滨联合卡铂方案与吉西他滨联合顺铂方案治疗晚期三阴乳腺癌的疗效及毒副反应.方法:回顾性分析2014年8月至2017年3月间我院治疗的46例晚期三阴乳腺癌患者的临床记录资料.结果:观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为69.57%、60.87%,相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的Ⅲ/Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少例数多于对照组,Ⅲ/Ⅳ度胃肠道反应少于对照组,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肝肾功能损害情况无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:吉西他滨联合卡铂方案与吉西他滨联合顺铂方案均可有效治疗晚期三阴乳腺癌,但前者的Ⅲ/Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少发生率较更高,后者的Ⅲ/Ⅳ度胃肠道反应发生率较高,可根据患者自身情况选择合适的治疗方案.%Objective: To compare the efficacy and side effects of gemcitabine combined with carboplatin and gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced triple-negative breast cancer.Methods: The clinical data of 46 patients with advanced triple yin breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 69.57% and 60.87% respectively, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The number of neutropenia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: Gemcitabine combined with carboplatin and gemcitabine combined with cisplatin can be effective in the treatment of advanced triple-negative breast cancer, but the former Ⅲ / Ⅳ degree of neutropenia is higher, the latter Ⅲ / Ⅳ degree of gastrointestinal The incidence of high response, according to the patient's own situation to choose the appropriate treatment.
