医院绩效分配制度改革的设计与实践

         

摘要

The performance wage system of the workload point standardization method is dominated by public welfare and budget man-agement is the premise, which aimed to find measurable and observable workload from the complex labor work of medical personnel considering the key factors comprehensively including the time consuming of the work, cost, and risk, transform the workload into a point, and finally make the performance management more scientific and reasonable by calculating the point value and issuing the performance wage.%工作量积点标化法绩效工资体系以公益性为主导,以预算管理为前提,从医务人员复杂的劳务工作中寻找到可衡量可观察的工作量,并综合考虑工作耗时、成本支出、风险等关键因素,把工作量转化为积点,通过计算点值发放绩效工资,最终使绩效管理更加科学合理.
