依托咪酯乳剂复合舒芬太尼对腹腔镜胆囊切除术中血流动力学的影响

摘要

Objective To analyse the influence of etomidate emulsion combined with sufentanil on hemodynamics in laparo-scopic cholecystectomy. Methods 86 cases of patients in ASA I~Ⅱwho undergone elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were col-lected and randomLy divided into etomidate group(A) and propofol group(B), 43 cases in each.The changes of mean arterial pres-sure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) were recorded and compared between the two groups at the points before narcotic induction(T0), intubation immediately(T1),1min after intubation(T2) and 3mins after intubation(T3). Results The MAP and HR of the two groups had no obvious difierence at T0 (P>0.05),but the two in A group were significantly lower than those in B group at T1、T2、T3,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conlusion The application of etomidate emulsion combined with sufentanil in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has less influence on hemodynamics,which has more reliable and safe anesthesia effect.%目的分析依托咪酯乳剂复合舒芬太尼对腹腔镜胆囊切除术中血流动力学的影响。方法选取ASA I~Ⅱ级择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者86例，随机分为两组：依托咪酯组（A组）与丙泊酚组（B组），每组43例。记录比较麻醉诱导前（T0）、插管前即刻（T1）、插管后1 min（T2）、5 min（T3）两组患者的平均动脉压（MAP）和心率（HR）的变化情况。结果两组患者的平均动脉压（MAP）和心率（HR）在T0时刻无统计学差异（P>0.05），但在T1、T2、T3时A组明显低于B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论依托咪酯乳剂复合舒芬太尼麻醉诱导对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者血流动力学影响较小，麻醉效果更加可靠安全。
