目的 观察中心静脉导管在治疗恶性胸腔积液及胸腔化疗的护理措施及其效果.方法 在超声定位下经皮穿刺方法,为患者胸腔内留置中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液,同时注入化疗药物,加强导管留置期间的消毒隔离和护理.通过临床实际观察,对本医院78例恶性胸腔积液患者胸腔内留置中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液护理措施进行了总结分析.结果 78例胸腔积液患者全部成功置管完成了治疗.患者胸腔内置管时间为5～21 d,无一例发生感染及其他严重并发症.结论 准确置人中心静脉导管,加强引流管护理,密切观察,严格执行无菌技术,为治疗成功提供了保障.%Objective To summarize and analyze the effect of the central venous catheter in the treatment of the 78 cases of malignant pleural effusion and the nursing of thoracic chemotherapy. Methods Through subcutaneous catheterization by ultrasound location drain the effusion and inject the chemotherapy drugs into thoracis through the catheter. The sterilizing measures and nursing of the indwelling catheter were enforced. Results The 78 cases were all successfully catheterized. The period of indwelling was 5~21 days. No case was found with infection or other serious complications. Conclusion To catheterize the central venous catheter accurately, we need to enforce the aseptic technique strictly, observe the patients closely, and perform nursing carefully, which guarantee the success of the treatment.
