Objective To analyze the heterotypic lymphocytes' s credibility of system ADVIA2120 hematology analyzer. Methods Collecting 139 cases with the heterotypic lymphocytes which in WBC column had abnormal prompt specimens and 195 cases specimens had no abnormal prompt for manual pushchip and wright stain microsco py. Results The alarm's sensitivity of heterotypic lymphocytes for system ADVIA2120 hematology analyzer was 86.1%, specificity was 82.0%, positive predictive value was 71.2%, and negative predictive value was 91.8%, false positive rate is 28.8%. Conclusion The alarm of heterotypic lymphocytes for system ADVTA2120 hematology ana lyzer has certain credibility, the false positive rate is also higher, so abnormal prompt of heterotypic lymphocytes for ADVIA2120 hematology analyzer can be used as an effective screening tool, but can not completely replace the micro scope detection.%目的 分析ADVIA2120血液分析仪对异型淋巴细胞报警提示的可信度.方法 收集仪器白细胞分类栏有异型淋巴细胞报警提示的标本139例及无异型淋巴细胞报警提示的标本195例进行手工推片、瑞氏染色镜检.结果 ADVIA2120血液分析仪对异型淋巴细胞报警的敏感性为86.1％,特异性为81.7％,阳性预测值为71.2％,阴性预测值为91.8％.结论 ADVIA2120血液分析仪对异型淋巴细胞报警提示具有一定的可信性,但其假阳性率也较高,因此ADVIA2120血液分析仪对异型淋巴细胞报警提示可作为一个有效的过筛工具,还不能完全代替显微镜检查.
