Objective To investigate the effect of combined anesthesia with atropine ketamine and diazepam in the repair of facial nerve defect in rabbits. Methods Seventy-six rabbits were randomly divided into group A and group B. The rabbits in group A were anesthetized by the combination of atropine, ketamine and diazepam, while those in group B were anesthetized by intravenous injection of pentobarbital sodium. The time of anesthesia, anesthetic dosage and anesthetic death rate were recorded. Results After the administration, the rabbits in both groups were soon into the state of anesthesia. The anesthesia time in group B is longer than that in group A, while the mortality in group B is higher. Six rabbits in group B died because of anesthesia accident, while no rabbits died in group A due to anesthesia accident. Conclusion Combined anesthesia with atropine, diazepam and ketamine is safer for experimental operations in rabbits.%目的 探讨阿托品、氯胺酮与安定静脉复合麻醉在家兔实验外科手术中的应用效果.方法 选取新西兰大白兔76只,雌雄不限,随机分为A、B两组.A组应用阿托品、安定和氯胺酮复合静脉麻醉,B组单纯采用戊巴比妥钠静脉注射麻醉.记录两种麻醉方法的麻醉维持时间及麻醉死亡率.结果 两种麻醉方案静脉给药后家兔均迅速进入麻醉状态,A组实验兔麻醉维持时间短于B组,但B组有6只家兔术中发生麻醉意外经抢救无效死亡(6/38),而A组未见实验兔因麻醉意外死亡.结论 阿托品、氯胺酮和安定复合静脉麻醉是一种适用于实验兔外科手术的全身麻醉方法.
