哮喘患者外周血Th1、Th2、CD4+CD25+T细胞的变化及其意义

摘要

目的 探讨哮喘患者外周血Th1、Th2、CD4+CD25+T细胞的变化及其临床意义.方法采用流式细胞术检测52例急性哮喘患者(急性组)、56例慢性哮喘患者(慢性组)和60名健康对照人群(对照组)外周血中Th1、Th2和CD4+CD25+T细胞的水平,并计算Th1与Th2的比值.结果急性哮喘患者外周血中Th1、CD4+CD25+T细胞水平和Th1/Th2比值明显低于慢性哮喘患者和健康对照人群(P＜0.05)；急性哮喘患者外周血中Th22水平明显高于慢性哮喘患者和健康对照人群(P＜0.05).结论Th细胞和CD4+CD25+T细胞在哮喘的疾病活动中起到重要的作用,是导致哮喘患者细胞免疫失调的重要原因.%Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of Th1, Th2, CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood of patients with asthma. Methods The levels of Thi, Th2, CD4+CD25+ T cells were determined by flow cytometry method in 52 patients with actue asthma (Acute group), 56 patients with chronic asthma (Chronic group) and 60 healthy people (Control group). The ratio of Thi and Th2 was calculated. Results The levels of Th1, CD4+CD25+T cells and the ratio of Th1/Th2 in patients with acute asthma were lower than those in patients with chronic asthma and healthy people (P<0.05). The level of Th2 cells in patients with acute asthma was higher than that in patients with chronic asthma and healthy people (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of Th and CD4+CD25+ T cells play a very significant role in disease activity of asthma and is the important reason for the maladjustment of cellular immu-no function in patients with asthma.
