Objective To investigate the effect of combined with compound glycyrrhizin (CG) in the treatment of children acute jaundice hepatitis. Methods 80 children acute jaundice hepatitis cases were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group received routing medicine pulsing compound glycyrrhizin, and control group,which was given only routing medicine. The clinical parameters were analyzed before treatment and after 2 weeks treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the efficacy of the teatment group was significant (P＜0.05).After being treated with GC for 2 weeks, all the clinical parameters in the cases of treatment group had gone down markedly than that of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Combined with compound glycyrrhizin to treat children acute jaundice hepatitis has the effect of protecting liver and reducing enzyme safely.%目的 观察联用复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗小儿急性黄疸性肝炎的疗效.方法 将80例符合急性黄疸性肝炎的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组予以常规的护肝治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用复方甘草酸苷注射液,两周为一个疗程.记录治疗前后各项肝功能指标的变化和评价疗效.结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95.0%和72.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肝功能指标改善较对照组明显(P<0.05).结论 联用甘草酸苷注射液治疗小儿急性黄疸性肝炎护肝、降酶、退黄疗效显著并且安全,可以广泛应用于临床.
