血清结核抗体检测和PPD试验在结核病诊断中的应用

摘要

目的 对运用结核抗体检测以及PPD试验在结核诊断中的价值进行评估.方法 对我站收治的200例肺结核患者以及100例排除结核的其他疾患者的血清内结核抗体进行检测,同时对每组患者进行PPD试验.结果 采用结核抗体检测结核病患者有166例出现阳性反应,PPD试验中有170例出现阳性,两组方法在阳性检出率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).本组临床研究中肺结核组患者对血清结核抗体具有较好的敏感性,其敏感度为83%,PPD试验的敏感度为85%.结核组双阳性率为82%,非结核组双阴性率为84%.结论 血清结核抗体检测和PPD试验在肺结核诊断中具有方便、特异、敏感及快速的特点,当二者联合检测时具有更高的临床应用价值.%Objective To evaluated the value of tuberculosis antibody test and PPD test in the diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods 200 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis and 100 cases with other diseases were selected; all patients detect serum tuberculosis antibody and PPD. Results 166 TB patients who adopt with tuberculosis antibody detection appeared positive reaction, 170 cases appeared positive reaction during PPD test. the results were no significant differences in positive reaction rate. The sensitivity of serum tuberculosis antibody and PPD test in TI3 patients is 83％ and 85％, respectively. The positive rate of the combination of serum tuberculosis antibody and PPD test in tuberculosis group was 82％, while the negative rate was 84％. Conclusion Serum tuberculosis antibody detection and PPD test are convenient, peculiar, sensitive and quick in the diagnosis of tuberculosis, when the combination of both is performed, the value of them in clinical tuberculosis diagnosis will increases more.
