十二指肠乳头癌三例诊治体会

摘要

目的 探讨十二指肠乳头癌的诊断及治疗效果.方法 回顾分析3年来收治的3例十二指肠乳头癌患者的临床资料.黄疸3例,均无上腹疼痛.所有患者行B超、CT、MRCP检查,其中2例行ERCP检查.2例行胰十二指肠切除术,1例行肿瘤局部切除.结果 随访3例,最长者已3年余,目前患者均无瘤存活.结论 ERCP加活检是该病的主要诊断手段,根治性手术是主要的治疗措施,对肿瘤直径较小且无远处转移者可行肿瘤局部切除术.%Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal papilla carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases with duodenal papilla carcinoma admitted and treated during a 3-year period were analyzed retrospectively. The main clinical symptoms are jaundice(3 cases), no abdominal pain. All the 3 patients were performed B ultrasound, CT, MRCP examinations, and 2 patients were performed ERCP examination. Pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed in 2 patients and 1 patient was local rescction. Results Three patients were followed up,thc longest onc was 3 years, all of them disease-free survived. Conclusion ERCP is the primary mcans of diagnosis,and radical resection is the main treatment modality for duodenal papilla carcinoma.
