腹腔镜阑尾切除术320例体会

摘要

Objective To summarize the experience of the laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical date of 320 appendicitis patients who undergone the laparoscopic appendectomy, from 2006 to 2010. Results 302 cases were successfully accomplished by using laparoscopic appendectomy,while 18 cases were converted to open surgery(5.68). Complications included pore infection in 10 patients, abdomihal empyema in 3 patients. No intestine obstruction, postoperative bleeding, intestine fistula and appendix stump infiammation were observed. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy is safe and effective in the treatment of appendicitis.%目的 总结腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)的经验.方法 回顾性分析2006-2010年我院320例LA患者的临床资料.结果 本组中转开腹18例,中转开腹率为5.6%,术后穿刺口感染10例,腹腔脓肿3例,无粘连性肠梗阻、出血、肠漏、残株炎等并发症.结论 熟练掌握LA可取得满意效果.
