线粒体与急性肾损伤

             

摘要

Acute kidney injury(AKI) is a common clinical syndrome. The pathogenesis of AKI has not been fully understood yet, previous studies indicated that mitochondria may participate in this process through multiple links. By describing the morphological change of mitochondria and cell death which is induced by mitochondria and includes many biochemical processes such as a breakdown in cellular energy metabolism, generation of reactive oxygen species, increase in free cytosolic Ca2+, permeability changes of the mitochondrial membrane,activation of Bcl2 family and caspase family, etc. This article takes a further discussion about the relationship between mitochondria and the occurrence and development of AKl.%急性肾损伤(Acute kidney injury,AKI)是一种临床常见的综合征,其发病机制尚没有完全阐明,既往研究认为AKI发病过程中的许多环节可能都与线粒体有关.本文通过描述AKI中线粒体形态的改变和阐述线粒体介导的细胞死亡机制(包括细胞能量代谢障碍、活性氧的产生、细胞内Ca2+浓度增加、线粒体膜通透性改变、Bc12家族和Caspase家族的激活等生化过程),进一步讨论线粒体与AKI发生发展之间的关系.
