早期肠内营养护理对脑外伤昏迷患者营养指标及免疫功能的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨早期肠内营养护理对脑外伤昏迷患者营养质指标及免疫功能的影响.方法 将40例脑外伤的昏迷患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用肠外营养支持和护理,观察组采用早期肠道营养支持和护理,比较两组患者的营养指标的变化及免疫功能情况.结果 观察组的营养支持7d时的血浆白蛋白、血浆前白蛋白和血红蛋白均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组营养支持7d时的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgA、IgG显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 早期肠内营养有助于改善脑外伤昏迷患者的营养指标,提高其免疫功能.%Objective To investigate the influence of early enteral nutrition care on nutrition index and immune function in coma patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods Forty coma patients of traumatic brain injury were divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 20 cases. The control group was given the parenteral nutrition support and nursing care, and the observation group was given early enteral nutritional support and nursing care. The two groups were compared in terms of nutritional indexes and immune function. Results The plasma, plasma albumin and hemoglobin in the observation group seven days after nutritional support were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of CD4+, CD4/CD8+, IgA, IgG in the observation group seven days after nutritional support were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For coma patients of traumatic brain injury, early enteral nutrition contributes to improvement in nutritional indexes and immune function.
