目的 探讨血液透析联合血液灌流对终末期肾病皮肤瘙痒患者的疗效及护理干预方法.方法 随机抽取本院收治的90例尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒患者,均行血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP)治疗.自愿分为两组,实验组48例行综合护理干预,对照组42例行常规护理干预.随访1～2个月,比较两组患者的瘙痒评分、血β2-MG及PTH等生化指标和临床疗效.结果 两组内相比,治疗后患者的各项生化指标均优于治疗前(P＜0.05),而实验组患者的各项生化指标和总有效率均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 应用血液透析联合血液灌流结合综合护理干预治疗终末期肾病皮肤瘙痒,可显著改善患者的生化指标,提高临床疗效.%Objective To investigate the effect of combined hemoperfusion-hemodialysis and nursing interventions in the treatment of end-stage renal disease patients with skin itching. Methods Ninety patients with uremic pruritus admitted to our hospital were treated with combined hemoperfusion-hemodialysis (HD+HP). The patients were divided into two groups based on voluntary principle. The study group (n=48) received comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group (n=42) received routine nursing intervention. The patients were followed up for 1-2 months. The pruritus score, serum/3rMG and PTH and other biochemical indexes as well as the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the biochemical indicators in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment P<0.05), And the biochemical parameters and the total effective rate in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For end-stage renal disease patients with skin itching, combined hemoperfusion-hemodialysis with comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient's biochemical parameters and the clinical efficacy.
