Objective To investigate the status of the safety knowledge, consuming behaviors and labels in the use of cosmetics among pharmaceutical students, so as to provide references for conducting health education in cosmetics. Methods An anonymous survey was taken on 502 pharmaceutical students selected by cluster sampling. The labels of cosmetics in use were investigated. Results The rate of students knowing the Ordinance, Regulations, General Labels, the definition of cosmetics and the categorization of cosmetics was 40.6%, 27.6%, 25.6%, 89.2%, 10.2%, respectively. However, the students were mostly unaware of the fact that the number of product standards, special sanitation permission of cosmetics and sell-by date must be showed on cosmetics labels, but medical terms and medical effect are forbidden to be printed on the labels. 14.4% of the pharmaceutical students knew about and once used the data query system. Only a few students noticed the documents and ingredients of cosmetics, while a large group of students cared the effect, prices and brands. The qualifying rate of the sampled products (1 151 in total) was 77.2%. Only a small part of the products were labeled with approval number, record number and production license number, and medical terms and bombastic propaganda were found in some of the labels. Conclusion Pharmaceutical students are lacking in safety knowledge of cosmetics, and performing unhealthy consuming behavior. Health education on cosmetic should be highly valued.%目的 了解在校医药大学生化妆品安全知识、消费行为与在用化妆品标签现状,为开展化妆品健康教育提供依据.方法 用分层整群抽样方法对医药大学生进行匿名问卷调查,用偶遇抽样方法对在用化妆品标签进行登记调查.结果 502名医药大学生对《条例》、《细则》、《通用标签》、化妆品定义、分类知晓率分别为40.6％、27.6％、25.6％、89.2％、10.2％；化妆品标签必须标注产品标准号、特殊用途化妆品批准文号、保质期限及不能标注医疗术语、医疗功效等知晓率均较低；14.4％知道并曾使用卫生监管部门网站的数据查询系统.选购化妆品时首先关注许可批件、产品成分等安全信息的比率较低,关注功效、价格、品牌的比率较高.1 151件在用化妆品标签标注合格率为77.2％,特殊用途化妆品批准文号、备案文号、生产许可证号标注率较低,存在标注夸大宣传和医疗术语现象.结论 医药大学生化妆品安全知识缺乏,存在不健康消费行为,应重视和加强消费者化妆品健康教育.
