不同针刺时间对兔骨关节炎软骨细胞MMP-13的影响

             

摘要

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture in different period on the expression of MMP-13 in cartilage cells in the knee of rabbit osteoarthritis models. Methods Forty-four New Zealand big ear rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (each with 11 cases): the control group, the model group, Electroacupuncture (EA) group 1, and EA group 2. Rabbit in the model group, the EA group 1 and EA group 2 were treated with straight bit left knee plaster casts to create osteoarthritis, while those in the control group did not The changes of MMP-13 in cartilage cells were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of of MMP-13 decreased as the increase of acupuncture time. According to the Mankin's grading, statistically significant difference were found between the four groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The electroacupuncture can urge the rearrangement of cartilage cell in rabbit osteoarthritis models, reduce the expression of MMP-13 in cartilage cells, which is beneficial for the treatment of Osteoarthritis.%目的 研究不同针刺时间对兔骨关节炎模型膝软骨细胞中MMP-13表达的影响.方法 取44只新西兰大耳兔随机分为4组,分别为正常对照组,模型组及电针1组、电针2组.正常对照组不造模,模型组和电针治疗组均采用左膝关节伸直位管型石膏固定,建立OA模型.取兔左股骨内侧髁软骨,采用免疫组化法观察软骨细胞中MMP-13的变化.结果 MMP-13检出率随针刺时间延长较模型组下降.按Mankin's评分比较,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 不同疗程电针治疗可促使兔骨关节炎模型软骨细胞重排,减少软骨细胞中MMP-13表达,对OA治疗有一定作用.
