Objective To observe the levels of high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the serum of gout patients with different clinical manifestation, and explore its diagnostic value. Methods 120 gout patients in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into acute exacerbation group (n=60) and intermittent group (n=60) according to the clinical manifestation. Fifty healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study as the control group. There was no statistically significant difference at age and sex between the three groups (x2=3.314,2.485 ;P＞0.05). 3 ml venous bloods were extracted in all the individuals in order to detect the level of serum hs-CRP by bead enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay. Results The levels of hs-CRP in acute exacerbation group, intermittent group and the control group were (8.84±1.78) mg/L, (3.26±1.25) mg/L, (0.91±0.24) mg/L, respectively. The level of hs-CRP in acute exacerbation group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (t=2.700, 2.595; P=0.011, 0.014), and the level of hs-CRP in intermittent group was significantly higher than that in the control group 0=2.153, P=0.040). Conclusion The gout patients with different clinical manifestation have different levels of hs-CRP. Determination of serum hs-CRP is helpful for the diagnosis of gout.%目的 观察不同临床表现的痛风患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达水平,探讨其诊断价值.方法 2009年8月至2011年8月在我院经临床诊断为痛风的120例患者纳入本研究.根据不同的临床表现,将患者分为急性发作期组和间歇期组,每组各60例.选择同期在我院体检中心体检的健康正常者50名作为对照.三组受检者年龄、性别差异均无统计学意义(X2=3.314,2.485; P＞0.05).抽取所有受检者展起空腹静脉血3ml,采用颗粒增强免疫比浊法检测血清中hs-CRP水平.结果 急性发作期组、间歇期组及对照组的hs-CRP值分别为(8.84±1.78) mg/L、(3.26±1.25) mg/L、(0.91±0.24) mg/L.急性发作期组hs-CRP表达水平较间歇期组、对照组明显增高,其差异均有统计学意义(t=2.700,2.595; P=0.011,0.014);间歇期组hs-CRP较对照组显著增高,两组比较,差异也有统计学意义(t=2.153,P=0.040).结论 不同临床表现的痛风患者血清中hs-CRP表达水平不一,hs-CRP可能对痛风患者有一定诊断价值.
