急性下呼吸道感染住院儿童肺炎衣原体感染状况分析

Objective To investigate the Chlamydia pneumoniae infection status in children with acute lower respiratory tract infection (ALRTI) in Wuzhou City based on detections of Chlamydia pneumoniae-specific IgM antibodies (CPn IgM), and to understand the infection characteristics in children with ALRTI, in order to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 2 442 children with ALRTI were selected from January 2009 to December 2011 in the Department of Paediatrics of Wuzhou City Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Guilin Medical School. The blood was taken and detected by XK2100 biological chips for Chlamrdia pneumuniae-specific IgM antibodies (CPn IgM). The test results were statistically analyzed. Results Of the 2 442 specimens, 129 showed positive results, with the detection rate of 5.28%. The detection rate between showed no statistically significant differences between males and females, and also between different age groups (x2=10.579, P=0.06). The detection rate in 2009, 2010, 2011 showed statistically significant difference, with the highest detection rate in 2010 (6.9%). Besides, the detection rate showed statistically significant difference between the seasons of 2010 and 2011, respectively, with the highest detection rate in the autumn of 2010 and in the summer of 2011. Conclusion Chlamydia pneumoniae is an important pathogen for lower respiratory tract infection in children. The detection rate of Chlamydia, pneumoniae is higher in summer and autumn%目的 通过对桂东梧州地区急性下呼吸道感染(ALRTI)住院患儿肺炎衣原体特异性抗体(CPN-IgM)检测结果的分析,了解儿童急性下呼吸道感染肺炎衣原体感染状况及特点,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据.方法 选择2009年1月至2011年12月在桂林医学院附属梧州市红十字会医院儿科住院治疗的急性下呼吸道感染患儿2 442例,取其血液用XK2100生物芯片进行肺炎衣原体特异性抗体(CPN-IgM)检测,对检测标本阳性的病例进行统计分析.结果 2 442份标本中有129份检出了肺炎衣原体特异性抗体(CPN-IgM)阳性,总检出率为5.28%.男女之间检出率差异无统计学意义.各年龄组之间肺炎衣原体异性抗体检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=10.579,P=0.06).三年中不同年份组之间的肺炎衣原体总检出率差异有统计学意义,2010年检出率最高,达6.9%.2010年和2011年不同季节肺炎衣原体检出率差异有统计学意义,2010年秋季检出率最高,2011年夏季检出率最高.结论 肺炎衣原体是下呼吸道感染患儿的重要病原体,各年龄组均有发病;夏季和秋季肺炎衣原体检出率较高.
