目的 观察丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效.方法 将96 例儿童哮喘患儿按就诊顺 序的先后分为两组各48 例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗.比较 两组患儿的疗效及用药后症状改善情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为85.4%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学 意义(P<0.05).治疗组患儿随着用药时间的延长,临床症状及各项指标明显改善,与对照组比较,差异均具有统 计学意义(P<0.01).结论 丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗儿童哮喘安全有效,不良反应少,能迅速缓解支气管痉挛,缓 解喘息,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the effects of inhaled fluticasone propionate in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods Ninety-six children with asthma were assigned into two groups, with 48 patients in each group. The control group applied the conventional treatment, while the study group employed inhaled fluticasone propionate on the basis of the conventional treatment. The therapeutic efficacy and the improvement of symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the study group was 85.4%, significantly higher than that of the control group (66.7%), P<0.05. The improvement of symptoms and indexes were significantly better in the study group than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Treating children's asthma with inhaled fluticasone propionate is safety and effective, and it can quickly relief bronchospasm, ease gasp, which is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
