Objective To discuss the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) combined magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in the the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Seventy-three female patients were successively performed with MR plain scan, dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and 1H-MRS imaging. The benign and malignancy lesions time, TIC curve types, and diagnosis sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were observed. Results The inflow type curve and outflow type curve were 56.76% and 10.81% in the benign group, significantly different from those in the malignant group (11.11%, 58.33%), P<0.05. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were 89.04%, 97.26% and 94.53%, respectively, significantly higher than MR plain scan (47.95%, 58.91%, 49.32%), P<0.05. Conclusion Combination of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and magnetic resonance spectroscopy has pretty good clinical application value in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.%目的 探讨联合应用MRI动态增强及波谱成像对乳腺癌早期诊断的临床价值.方法 对选取的73例女性患者依次行常规MR平扫检查、动态增强扫描、1H-MRS成像,观察良恶性病变时间-信号强度(TIC)曲线类型和联合应用动态增强扫描及MRS成像诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确度.结果 良性组流入型和流出型曲线分别为56.76%和10.81%,与恶性组(11.11%、58.33%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为89.04%、97.26%和94.53%,均明显高于MR平扫组(47.95%、58.91%、49.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 联合应用MRI动态增强及波谱成像对于乳腺癌的早期诊断具有比较好的临床应用价值.
