Objective To study the comprehensive effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of mediastinal lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery. Methods Thirty patients of esophageal cancer with mediastinal lymph node metastasis after surgery who were treated with conventional radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy from November 2009 to November 2011 were selected as the control group, and 33 patients who were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy at the same time were selected as the sutdy group. The total effective rate, the incidence of adverse reactions, serum tumor markers, tumor metastasis related factors before and after the treatment of the two groups were detected and compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.94%, significantly higher than 78.79% in the control group, The incidence of radioactive tracheitis, gastrointestinal reaction and other adverse reactions were 21.21%, 12.12% and 6.06% in the study group, significantly lower than those in the control group (33.33%, 24.24% and 21.21%). The improvement range of serum tumor markers and tumor metastasis related factors were all significantly larger in the study group than the control group (P＜0.05＝. Conclusion For treating mediastinal lymph node metastasis after esophageal cancer surgery, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy is more effective and safer, compared with conventional radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.%目的 探讨三维适形放疗联合化疗对食管癌术后纵隔淋巴结转移的综合疗效.方法 选取2009年11月至2011年11月于本院采用常规放疗联合化疗进行治疗的33例食管癌术后纵隔淋巴结转移患者为对照组,同期采用三维适形放疗联合化疗进行治疗的33例患者为观察组,将两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率及治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物、肿瘤转移相关因子进行检测及比较.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为93.94％,高于对照组的78.79％,放射性气管炎、胃肠道反应及其他不良反应发生率分别为21.21％、12.12％和6.06％,均低于对照组的33.33％、24.24％和21.21％,血清肿瘤标志物和肿瘤转移相关因子改善幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 三维适形放疗联合化疗对食管癌术后纵隔淋巴结转移的综合疗效较佳,安全性也较高.
