美国医院ICU管理介绍

摘要

Although there are different national conditions and institution of hospital ICU between America and China, some management and operation experience in which are still worth to learn for us. Based on experience from Miami Jakson Memorial Hospital ICU of America, this article attempts to compare and explain ICU manage-ment from the management system, family visits, medical equipment, staff categories, daily work flow and 10 aspects of ICU professional content including monitoring, capacity adjusting and maintaining, hemodynamic and airway man-agement, infection control, sedation and analgesia, nutrition support, anti coagulation and blood glucose control, physi-cal training, safety management and humanization and training, aiming to provide some insights worthy learning.%美国医院ICU遵循的国情制度虽与我国不同，但一些管理和运行经验仍值得借鉴。本文从美国Miami Jakson Memorial Hospital ICU的管理制度、家属探视、医护设备、人员类别、日常工作流程以及ICU专业内容，包括监测、容量维持、调整及血流动力学、气道管理、感染控制、镇静镇痛、营养支持、抗凝及血糖控制、物理训练、安全管理和人性化和学习培训等十个方面逐一进行比对讲解，希望能为提高我国ICU医护水平起到启示作用。
