血清和糖皮质激素诱导激酶1 rs2811681和rs2758152与自然流产的关系

         

摘要

目的:探讨血清和糖皮质激素诱导激酶1(SGK1) rs2811681和rs2758152与自然流产之间的关系。方法选取2013年1~12月我院64例自然流产患者作为病例组,同期40例人工流产患者作为对照组,采用3730XL测序仪检测血清SGK1 rs2811681和rs2758152基因多态性,χ2检验比较病例组与对照组基因型及等位基因频率分布。结果①SGK1-rs2811681对照组基因型是AG+GG,而病例组以AG+GG为主,其次是AA,两组基因型分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组等位基因A和G频率各占50.0%,而病例组A占64.8%,G占35.2%,对照组和病例组等位基因频率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),②SGK1-rs2758152对照组基因型GT+TT和GG各占50.0%,而病例组GT+TT占29.7%,GG占70.3%;等位基因频率对照组G占75.0%,T占25.0%,而病例组G占82.0%,T占18.0%。对照组和病例组基因型及等位基因频率比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SGK1 rs2811681与自然流产有关,而SGK1 rs2758152与自然流产无关。%Objective To analyze the association of SGK1 rs2811681 and rs2758152 polymorphisms with spontaneous abortion. Methods Sixty-four cases of spontaneous abortion, who enrolled into our hospital during Janu-ary 2013 to December 2013, were chosen as the case group, and 40 cases of artificial abortion were selected as a control group for the same period. Polymorphisms of SGK1 rs2811681 and rs2758152 were detected by 3730XL sequencer. Gen-otype and allele frequency distribution of SGK1 rs2811681 and rs2758152 in the case group and the control group were compared withχ2 test. Results ①rs2811681 genotype in the control group was AG+GG, while rs2811681 genotype in case group was AG+GG, followed by AA. Control group and case group have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Allele frequency of A and G in the control group was equally 50.0%, while allele frequency of A and T in case group were respectively 64.8%and 35.2%, with a statistically significant difference between the control group and case group (P<0.05).②rs2758152 genotype of GT+TT and GG in the control group were equally 50.0%, while rs2758152 genotype of GT+TT and GG in the case group were respectively 29.7%and 70.3%. Allele frequencies of G and T in the control group were respectively 75.0%and 25.0%, while allele frequencies of G and T in the case group were respective-ly 82.0%and 18.0%. Genotype and allele frequency of rs2758152 in case group and control group have no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion SGK1 rs2811681 has a significant correlation with spontaneous abortion, while SGK1 rs2758152 has no significant correlation with spontaneous abortion.
