目的 探讨强化风险护理用于新生儿黄疸蓝光照射对疗效及患儿安全性的影响.方法 选取南方医科大学附属小榄医院2016年1月至2016年10月收治的164例新生儿黄疸患儿,采取随机数表法将其分成两组,每组82例.两组患儿均给予蓝光照射治疗,并给予常规护理干预,观察组在蓝光照射治疗过程中给予强化风险护理干预,比较两组蓝光照射治疗效果、治疗过程中护理风险事件发生情况以及患儿家属的满意度情况.结果 观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.12％,与对照组的85.37％相比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿的呕吐、反复穿刺、眼罩脱落发生率分别为6.10％、8.54％、7.32％,均显著低于对照组的(21.95％、25.61％、23.17％),差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿家属对护理操作、护理安全、健康宣教、心理护理、服务态度的满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗过程中强化风险护理可有效提高临床治疗效果,同时降低护理风险事件发生率,提高蓝光照射治疗的安全性.%Objective To explore the impact of intensive risk nursing on clinical efficacy and safety of blue light phototherapy of neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 64 cases of icterus neonatorum, who admitted to our hospi-tal from January 2016 to October 2016, were selected and divided into the observation group and control group, with 82 cases in each group. Both groups were given blue light phototherapy as well as conventional nursing, and the observa-tion group was also administered with intensive risk nursing additionally during the therapy. The effect of treatment, oc-currence of nursing risk events during the treatment, and the satisfaction of the family members of the children from both groups were compared. Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.21％, which was significant-ly higher than 85.37％of the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of choking vomit, repeated puncture and eyepatch falling off were 6.10％, 8.54％, and 7.32％, respectively, all of which were significantly lower than corresponding 21.95％, 25.61％, 23.17％of the control group (P<0.01). The satisfaction scores of family members of the children from the observation group were markedly higher than those from the control group in terms of nursing practice, nursing safe-ty, health education, psychological nursing, and service attitude as well (P<0.01). Conclusion Intensive risk nursing can effectively improve the clinical effect, reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, and increase the safety of blue light phototherapy of neonatal jaundice.
