目的 探讨医护一体化培训模式对提高感染科护理人员核心能力的效果.方法 本研究时间段为2016年4月至2017年4月,以感染科16名护士为研究对象;2016年10月前感染科实行常规的培训模式,此后实行医护一体化培训模式,分别于培训干预开始前及干预后6个月进行考核,包括专业理论知识和技能、综合能力考评及满意度测评.结果 培训干预后,感染科护士专业知识和技能、综合能力及满意度评分分别为(91.63±10.17)分、(94.33±8.46)分、(93.24±8.14)分、(97.54±7.24)分,均较干预前的(81.35±8.49)分、(84.72±7.38)分、(85.75±7.29)分、(92.36±6.58)分明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 医护一体化培训模式可以有效提高感染科护理人员核心能力.%Objective To explore the effect of integrated training model on the core competence of nurses in Department of Infectious Diseases. Methods The study period was from January 2016 to April 2017, and 16 nurses were selected as the subjects. Before June 2016, the normal training mode was carried out in Department of Infectious Dis-eases, then the integrated medical training model was performed. Before and after 6 months of the intervention of the inter-vention training, including the comprehensive ability of professional knowledge and skills, evaluation and satisfaction were examined. Results After the training intervention, the professional knowledge and skills, comprehensive ability and satisfaction scores of the nurses were (91.63 ± 10.17), (94.33 ± 8.46), (93.24 ± 8.14), (97.54 ± 7.24), respectively, which were significantly higher than corresponding (81.35 ± 8.49), (84.72 ± 7.38), (85.75 ± 7.29), (92.36 ± 6.58) before intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated training model can effectively improve the core competence of nursing staff.
