非酒精性脂肪肝的现代研究进展

摘要

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), also known as non-alcoholic fatty liver, is a clinical pa-thology syndrome that characterized by the abnormal accumulation of lipid in liver cells and caused by a variety of risk factors. In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence rate of NAFLD has increased year by year. Therefore, NAFLD has gradually got the people's attention. In this paper, the progress of epidemiological characteristics, pathogenesis and clinical treatment of NAFLD is reviewed.%非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)又被称为非酒精性脂肪肝(Non-alcoholic fatty liver),是一种多病因引起的以肝脏细胞内脂类物质异常蓄积为主要特征的临床病理综合征.近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,其发病率也逐年升高.因此,NAFLD逐渐受到人们的重视.本文就NAFLD在流行病学特点、发病机制、临床治疗中的研究进展进行综述.
