Chemerin is a newly discovered adipokine, which can influence the glucose and lipid metabolism through the autocrine and paracrine ways. Besides, it can take part in the blood pressure regulation and inflammation. Re-cent studies have also found that Chemerin has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of OSAHS. In this paper, the new progress of the correlation between the Chemerin of the domestic and overseas and the OSAHS is briefly introduced.%Chemerin是新近发现的脂肪因子,能经由自分泌或旁分泌等径路,对糖、脂代谢产生影响.同时,也可介入血压调控、炎症反应等过程.近来的研究还发现,Chemerin与OSAHS的发生与发展有着紧密的关联.本文就海内外脂肪因子Chemerin与OSAHS之间相关性的新进展做一简述.
