MicroRNA在扩张型心肌病中的作用

             

摘要

扩张型心肌病是原发性心肌病中最主要的临床病理类型,具有发病率高、死亡率高等特点,主要表现为心室异常扩大、舒缩功能障碍、射血分数降低、并发严重的心律失常及心力衰竭.目前确切的病因尚不清楚,可能与病毒感染、药物,遗传等因素相关.MicroRNA(miRNA)是新近发现的一类非编码的RNA,长度为20~25个核苷酸,直接与靶向信使RNA(mRNA)结合后可负性调节相关基因的表达.研究表明miRNA参与各种生理病理状态下相关基因的调节,在机体内作用广泛.现就miRNA在扩张型心肌病发生发展过程中的作用做一综述.%Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is the main pathological type of primary cardiomyopathy in clinic, which has high incidence and high mortality. The main manifestations of DCM include abnormal ventricular expansion, systolic and diastolic dysfunction, reducing ejection fraction, complicating with severe arrhythmia and heart failure. The pathogen of DCM may be related with viral infections, drugs, genetic and other factors. MicroRNA (miRNA) is a newly discovered type of non-coding RNAs, in the length of 20 to 25 nucleotides, which negatively regulates gene expression after directly combining with the target messenger RNA (mRNA). Studies have shown that microRNAs are involved in the regulation of genes related to various physiological and pathological conditions, and is widely used in the body.
