绝经后骨质疏松妇女骨密度与体质指数、肌肉和脂肪的相关性

         

摘要

目的:探讨绝经后骨质疏松症妇女主要部位骨密度(BMD)与体质指数(BMI)、肌肉、脂肪的关系。方法选择2014年12月至2016年7月在南京中医药大学第三附属医院行骨密度检测的210例绝经后女性骨质疏松症患者,年龄50~75岁。所有患者均行体质指数、全身脂肪含量,全身肌肉含量及骨密度检测,所有数据应用SPSS23.0统计软件建立数据库,进行单因素直线相关分析及多元线性回归分析。结果 L1~4椎体、股骨颈BMD与BMI、全身脂肪、全身肌肉之间无直线相关关系(r>0.3,P<0.05);全髋、大粗隆BMD则分别与后三者有直线相关关系(r>0.3,P<0.05),对此进一步研究发现,全髋和大粗隆BMD的变化和BMI、全身脂肪、全身肌肉有多元线性回归关系(P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性骨质疏松症患者的体质及全身肌肉脂肪的变化只与全髋和大粗隆BMD有着一定的相关性,可共同预测或估计全髋或大粗隆BMD的变化。%Objective To explore the correlation of bone mineral density with body mass index, muscle and fat in postmenopausal osteoporotic women. Methods A total of 210 cases of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, aged 50~75 years, who underwent bone mineral density examination at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from December 2014 to July 2016, were selected as the research objects. Body mass index, body fat content, content of muscles and bone mineral density were measured in all patients. All data were analyzed by single factor linear correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS23.0 statistical software. Results There was no linear correlation between L1~4 BMD and femoral neck BMD and BMI, body fat and muscles (r<0.3, P<0.05). Hip and large tuberosity BMD had the relationship with the latter three indexes (r>0.3, P<0.05). Further study showed that the changes of all hip and greater trochanter had the multiple linear regression relationship with BMI, body fat and muscles (P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of body mass and body fat in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis were relat-ed only to all hip and greater trochanter BMD, which can be used to predict or estimate total hip or the changes of great-er trochanter BMD.
