密封消解ICP—MS测定果冻中5种重金属

     

摘要

用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)、原子荧光光度法(AFS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)分别测定果冻中痕量元素砷、铅、汞、镉、铬,采用标准曲线法定量分析方法,并对本方法与国家标准方法所得结果进行比较。结果表明,国家标准方法和ICP—MS法均有较好的线性关系,且测定的结果相近。2种方法最低检出限量分别为:国家标准方法中铅0.07ng/ml、镉0.02ng/ml、铬0.1ng/ml、砷0.011ng/ml,汞0.037ng/ml;ICP—MS方法中铅0.02ng/ml、镉0.015ng/ml、铬0.13ng/ml、砷0.047ng/ml、汞0.051ng/ml。ICP—MS法可以同时测定果冻中的5种重金属元素,分析周期短,提高了样品的分析效率。%Contents of As, Pb, Cd, Cr and Hg in jelly were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry ( AAS), atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry (AFS) and inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrography ( ICP- MS). Five elements were determined by standard curve method. The results obtained from three instrumental analy- sis methods were compared, which showed that the 1ear calibration curves for AAS, AFS and ICP-MS were good. The measurement results of these methods were close. The lowest detection limits of As, Pb, Cd, Cr and Hg were 0.011 ng/ml, 0.07 ng/ml, 0.02 ng/ml, 0.1 ng/ml and 0. 037 ng/ml respectively by The national standard meth- od. The lowest detection of limits of As, Pb, Cd, Cr and Hg were 0.047 ng/ml,0.02 ng/ml, 0. 015 ng/ml, 0.13 ng/ml and 0.051 ng/ml respectively by ICP-MS. Simultaneous determination of multiple heavy metal elements in jelly by ICP-MS. ICP-MS had advantages of short period and high efficiency of analysis.
