青少年痤疮患者雄激素受体水平、雄激素受体基因 CAG 多态性的研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨青少年痤疮患者雄激素受体(A R )水平的变化情况以及患者雄激素受体基因CAG多态性的分布情况。方法选择100例(其中男性50例、女性50例)面部明显痤疮在校高中生作为观察组,再按照1∶1匹配原则选择100例面部无痤疮的在校高中生作为对照组,检查患者外周血雄激素水平、白细胞雄激素受体(AR)以及雄激素受体基因CAG多态性。结果男性和女性痤疮患者其血浆睾酮水平、AR水平比正常对照组均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着男性痤疮患者其痤疮越严重,其血浆睾酮有所升高,但是差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同程度女性痤疮患者其血浆睾酮水平具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着痤疮患者其痤疮越严重,AR水平有所升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);痤疮患者携带CAG短片段的比例显著高于对照组携带比例(P<0.05)。结论痤疮发生与发展过程中,雄激素以及雄激素受体增高起着重要的作用,特别对于女性痤疮患者而言,其影响更为显著;携带雄激素受体基因CAG短片段的人群,其患痤疮的危险性更大。%Objective To investigate the adolescent patients with acne androgen receptor (AR) levels and the distribution of androgen receptor gene CAG polymorphism .Methods 100 cases (inclu-ding 50 male and 50 female) the obvious facial acne high school student as the observation group ,1∶1 according to the matching principle to select 100 cases of facial acne free high school students as the control group .Patients were examined for peripheral androgen levels ,androgen receptor (AR) and androgen receptor gene CAG polymorphism .Results The male and female patients with acne and the plasma levels of testosterone ,AR levels were higher than the normal control group ,there were statis-tically significant differences (P<0 .05) .With the male patients with acne was more serious ,the plas-ma testosterone increased ,but there were no statistically significant differences (P>0 .05) ,and in pa-tients with different degree of plasma testosterone of female acne the level of statistical significance (P<0 .05) .Along with the more serious acne patients ,the level of AR increased ,there were statistically significant differences (P<0 .05) .Acne patients carrying the CAG short fragments of proportion sig-nificantly higher than control group (P<0 .05)carrying ratio .Conclusion The development process and the occurrence of acne ,androgen and androgen receptor increased plays an important role ,especially for female patients with acne ,the effect is more remarkable .With the androgen receptor gene CAG short fragments of the crowd ,the acne is more dangerous .
