卵巢早衰患者指长比与雄激素受体基因CAG多态性的关系

         

摘要

目的:探讨卵巢早衰及其指长比与雄激素受体()基因第一外显子CAG重复多态性的关系。方法选择74例卵巢早衰患者为病例组、156例卵巢功能正常的不孕女性为对照组,采集并标记两组研究对象双手指长,采用变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶分离技术检测基因CAG重复次数,并测序验证;比较分析两组间指长比、基因CAG多态分布情况及两者的关系。结果两组指长比分布趋势均为2D:3D<2D:4D<3D:4D<2D:5D<4D:5D<3D:5D,两组间指长比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组基因CAG长、短重复多态性分布无统计学意义(字2=0.112,P>0.05)。卵巢早衰组基因CAG长、短重复多态性与左、右手指长比无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组基因CAG长、短重复多态性与左手2D:5D、3D:5D及4D:5D有统计学意义(t=2.420、2.875、3.657,P均<0.05)。结论卵巢早衰与雄激素受体()基因第一外显子CAG重复多态性无相关性,卵巢功能正常女性左手2D:5D、3D:5D及4D:5D可能与基因CAG重复多态性相关。%Objective To investigate the association of digit ratio with Androgen receptor (A R)gene CAG polymorphism in patients with premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods 74 patients with premature ovarian failure were selected as cases and 156 infertile women with normal ovarian function were selected as controls. Digit ratios of hands were measured and A R gene CAG polymorphism repetitions were detected by denaturing polyacrylamide gel separation technology.Digit ratio and A R gene CAG polymorphism repetitions were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The two groups had the same distribution trends:2D:3D<2D:4D<3D:4D<2D:5D<4D:5D<3D:5D. There was no significant significance on digit ratio between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference distribution on A R gene CAG long and short repeat in two groups(χ2=0.112;P>0.05).The 2D:5D,3D:5D,4D:5D in left was significantly higher in CAG short and long repeat polymorphism (t=2.420,2.875,3.657,P<0.05) in controls,but there was no significant difference in POF group (P>0.05). Conclusion There was no significant difference between the premature ovarian failure Digit ratio and A R gene CAG repeat polymorphism. Left hand 2D:5D,3D:5D,4D:5D in normal ovarian function women may be repeated with the AR gene CAG polymorphism.
