论明代巡海制度向巡洋会哨制度的转变--以明代广东海防为例

摘要

So, in order to further the understanding of the coastal defense forces deployed in a number of problems.%明初，东南沿海反明势力盘踞沿海岛屿，与明廷对抗。其时恰逢日本国内处于南北分裂之际，致使日本乱民、武人、商贾等逃渡至中国，窃据我国沿海地区，形成一股强大的倭寇势力，与反明势力相互勾连结引，为害甚巨。在此种情形下，朱元璋开始注重海疆防御体系的建设，其中最关紧要的便是巡海制度的实施。至明中后期，随着倭寇日炽，巡海制度开始发生转变，逐渐形成了划有明确巡防区划、进行连界会哨的巡哨制度，使海防体系得到进一步完善。
