紫穗槐花总黄酮提取工艺的优化

         

摘要

The total flavonoids extraction technology from Amorpha fruticosa flowers was optimized by the single-factor experiment and response surface analysis to provide the theoretical basis for exploitation and utilization of total flavonoids extracted fromA.fruticosaflowers.Result:The optimum total flavonoids extraction technology from A.fruticosa flowers includes 85% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio=1:40, two extraction times with each extraction taking 40 min.Total flavonoids yield under the optimum extraction technology can reach 2.516%.The total flavonoids extraction technology from A.fruticosa flowers optimized by Design-Expert V8.0 response surface analysis has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, stability and reliability.%为紫穗槐花总黄酮开发利用提供理论基础, 采用单因素试验与响应面分析法相结合优化紫穗槐花总黄酮提取工艺.结果表明:紫穗槐花总黄酮最佳提取工艺为85%乙醇、料液比为1:40 (g:mL) 、提取2次、每次提取时间40min, 在此工艺条件下总黄酮的得率为2.516%.Design-Expert V8.0响应面分析法优化紫穗槐花总黄酮提取工艺方法简便, 稳定可靠.
