九香虫血淋巴的抗菌活性初步研究

     

摘要

The antimicrobial activity of supernatant, subnatant and precipitation of haemolymph,which was isolated by 3 different methods(centrifugation, homogenate and lixiviation) from Aspongopus chinesis, were measured and comparatively analyzed to scientifically develop and utilize antibiotic substances from Aspongopus chinesis in further. The results showed that the inhibition zone diameters of the supernatant were all over 0. 7 cm, and the antimicrobial activities of the supernatants against grampositive bacteria (MIC= 16) were markedly stronger than their effects against gram-negative bacteria (MIC=8), which indicated that haemolymph from Aspongopus chinesis had evident bacteriostasis against gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. The antimicrobial activities of the supernatant through homogenization and lixiviation were lower than those through centrifugation, and the antimicrobial activities of the precipitation were higher than those of the underlayer liquid, but lower than those of the supernatant.%为进一步更加科学地开发利用九香虫抑菌物质,采用直接离心法、匀浆法和浸提法3种方式提取九香虫血淋巴,并分别检测每一种提取法所得上清液、下层液体和沉淀物质的抑菌活性,并进行比较分析.结果表明,血淋巴原血对10种试验菌的抑菌圈直径均大于0.7 cm,对革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌活性(MIC=16)强于革兰氏阴性菌(MIC=8).说明,九香虫血淋巴对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均具有明显的抑菌作用.匀浆和浸提得到的血淋巴上清液的抑菌活性均比直接离心提取到的血淋巴上清液抑菌活性低;沉淀物质的抑菌活性比下层液体高,但低于上清液的抑菌活性.
